Sone of a mother fucking cunt. My boss never told me we had a carrover PTO limit. Capped at 200 hours. So I wasn't gaining any any after November and then I lost 80 hours with the new year and dropped down to 120.
I could have taken 2 fucking weeks off. Fuck I'm pissed.

we have a use it or lose it policy, but they allowed us to roll things over from covid which I think a lot of places did. I think this will be the last year and it was limited, but there were multiple emails reminding us of the policy. I know you work for a small outfit, but its ridic to not warn you.

ugh hotshot new lobbyist ignores the email I sent to include in the newsletter, which I sent ON TIME MONDAY, but instead puts in verbal talking points I gave him last week to use on the hill, so now i have to go into this google doc last minute and put in my stuff and take out the dumbassery he put in.
