My neck has bothered me forever, but it was mainly just an annoyance. Then my shoulder started hurting like a year or 2 ago, but it would come and go. Around Christmas, the shoulder started hurting and didn't stop, and then my entire arm hurt and I got tinglies in my hand.

Had an MRI and the doc said my neck was fucked to the moon and back. One section doesn't even have any spinal fluid in it. Got a follow up in a week and a half. Hopefully there may be some other treatment beside cutting into my neck.

Pro tip: Having had many family members with thyroid issues I would stay away from Synthroid and try something like Nature-Throid. It's desiccated pig thyroid and the body handles it better.

I actually do have some that I inherited from my dad. I don't really care about any of them except for his commemorative FBI revolver that they gave him when he retired. I know my wife doesn't like me having guns in the house so she will probably want to get rid of them.
 
this is getting dark but when my father died my mom got rid of the ammo not the guns since there were 4 of us kids around.

though after she died the auction house was moving the gun case and all sorts of ammo fell out lol

Leaving for my pre-1840s Rendezvous in the morning. A lot to do. Coworker wants 3 projects to go out the door before I leave. He kept telling me he'd have it "later today" since last week. He gets 1 of 3 to me last night. I wake up and see he didn't follow through with the other 2. He calls and says he's almost done with the other 2 and ask if I'm leaving tonight or tomorrow.

Me: "Doesn't matter, I'm not working 1 second more than 8 hours today. You have 3 hours left".

So sick of this last minute bullshit by this particular guy.
 
Damn dog came flying in the doggy door lastnight acting like something was after her. I jumped out of bed, grabbed my AR-15 and hauled ass out the back door... and nothing. Had my weapon mounted light on its brightest setting and only saw the mini ponies.

Turn around to go back in that house and found the culprit. The dumb little fucker knocked a can of pumpkin off a shelf and it scared her.

Lots of fun trying to get back to sleep after that.
 
Shands has upgraded their mask policy. It won't affect most places I go, but there will be idiots that tell me to wear one, when it's not required.
 
Pathology came back, found three tiny tumors in my thyroid. So removed it before it could spread. Shouldn’t need any follow up, they took out my lymph nodes too and they were clean.
