Don't see why not, but honestly I haven't looked. It'll still sound like a shot, just not a .308.

Speaking of hunting, I was in a nearby state park (San Felasco stretches from Gainesville to Alachua, it's massive). I went off trail a mile or so back Saturday morning and came across some deer. Nice area to lay down. You know, just in case shit gets bad. I need a crossbow :lol:

I haven't gotten a license for this year yet . I don't really look forward to hunting state land, dealing with other hunters, proving sex to the state, wearing orange :lol: It's just a pain in the ass.
 
Just picked up my suppressor.

If any gun folks want one, now is the time. Apparently a string of complaints for a long time about these 6-12 month waiting periods led to expedited processing. The last 2-3 months, their customers have been getting their approvals from the ATF within 2-4 weeks. One customer just bought 8 at once and got them in 18 days. Of course, the retards at ATF should have processed from the bottom up, not letting those who have been waiting on those who just bought one. Fuckwads. In any case, I may pick one up for a 5.56 if there's a good Black Friday sale. Or maybe one for a handgun, can't decide.
 
Finally ordered a suppressor. Went with the SilencerCo Omega 36M. Now I have to buy a bunch of damn muzzle devices to swap out on my rifles.
 
Nice. I still have to take the Savage to a shop to have the muzzle device taken off. It ain't coming off by hand and I sure as shit don't have the tools or willingness to risk fucking something up :lol:

I have this 1 lb massive cigar quad torch lighter and a torch attachment for a propane tank :lol:

I use to have one of those kitchen torches, but the kid broke it playing with it. Actually the cigar lighter, this large one, puts out a flame every bit as big (or bigger) than the kitchen torch did. It may work. I'll have to watch it on youtube first before I try it. I'm too paranoid
 
Got an email, from SilencerCo, saying my order is complete. :cool:




Then I remembered I placed an order for 1/2x28 & 5/8x24 muzzle adapters for my rifles.... and that is the order that is complete. :(
 
They've been trying this for a while. Florida has managed to maintain private sales so far. I've been trying to find some myself to get some shit that isn't in my or my families name. Because I swear I have nothing that isn't registered.

But fuck, no one is selling. I'd like an AR or something semi-auto not in my name.
