Entenmann. Show some respect!

I got an unopened crumb coffee cake on the counter, guess I'll have a piece in his honor.

William Hurt, who became a top leading man in the 1980s, winning an Oscar for 1985’s “Kiss of the Spider Woman” and starring in “The Big Chill” and “Body Heat,” died Sunday of natural causes. He was 71. Hurt’s death was confirmed to Variety by his friend, Gerry Byrne.

One of the dumbest ways to die. I don't fuck around with roofing. I got on my roof one time and noped out of there without taking a step up the slope.

I got up on roofs all the time as a kid...and jumped off. As an adult, I didn't have a problem until the last few years. I've never liked heights, really high always made me dizzy. But with unpredictable vertigo, I get to roof level on the ladder and start to freak out. Nope, fuck that.

Which really sucks because a neighboring tree keeps blowing moss onto my roof and I really need to get that shit off. Can't have wet moss just sitting forever on a new roof.

I've helped roof houses in my younger days but haven't been up on the roof in the last 20 years. A guy I know that grew up working in his grandfather's roofing company told me it I ever started to feel unsafe or worried about falling, to get off the roof and stay off. Sound advice.

Side note - RIP Nole. For the non-20 year ago GSMB posters, he was pretty reasonable and cool for a Nole. Around 40, fell off a ladder, broke his leg, got an infection and died in the hospital.

We have a pretty high % death rate for original TGB members it seems.
