This study is just awesome. Yes I wonder why poor people (as I strongly suspect if they had bothered to study inner city poor it would be the same result) distrust institutions that told them to not go to funerals and weddings and get this shot or lose their job and that by the way their job making food or fuel is evil and destroying the world in another year would possibly have any distrust.

BECAUSE THEY DO. "Well Educated" liberals are condescending, stuck up assholes you want to impose their beliefs on you. These same politicians also have no qualms about lying their ass off to you. Faucic is a perfect example of why rural people don't trust "intellectuals".

I've talked to a number of advanced degree liberals before I eliminated them from my dating possibilities. All of them were stuck up and automatically assumed I was stupid because I didn't have a degree. And with no surprise to me, I was far more articulate and intelligent than they were and made more money than every one of them. The same people who look down on blue collar / trade jobs that are invaluable and critical to society.

These people have given rural people 100% justification to not trust them. Because they do not have their best interest in mind. They want to tell them their God is a lie, they don't need guns, and that their tomboy country daughter is a boy,.
