God I hate Gainesville. TV 20 FB page posted an artcile about the extreme congestion on SW 20th and 62nd (behind the mall), especially since they added yet another big apartment complex.

Out come the cries and rants from the old timers complaining about TV only reporting on right wing anti-local government news and ignoring bigger stories like how Trump is destroying the country.

What's right wing about pointing out the congestion issues because of continuing to build on an infrastructure that can't support it? It's a 2 lane road in the city of Gainesville that's both a major artery and loaded with apartments. They didn't even point out how stupid it was, just reported and quoted people about the 30 minute traffic lights. These leftists are beyond broken.

This is why I hate the far right. They're ready to burn it all down over the Musk 13th child thing coming out. Leftists are using this as some sort of "gotcha" moment and the Bible thumper Cons are acting like liberals with their knee jerk, extreme opposite response.

Musk is not a Conservative, he's anti-leftist, which is the case for a lot of Trump supporters. Cons played down the toe tapping and rapist priests. Liberals are the party with no morals at all. Both are hypocrites to attack Musk, who has openly said he wants as many kids as he possibly can get. Who the fuck cares? Only 1 thing matters about Musk and that's him/DOGE ripping apart the government.

Zelenskyy should be executed for being so stupid, and causing hundreds of thousands of deaths, and officials in the Biden admin should be prosecuted. Sorry sport, the grift is over. He'll do exactly what he's told to do because America pulls his strings. Hundreds of thousands of deaths caused by this guy WITH our funding. How does he think that's going to go without our weapons and cash? Putin will take all of Ukraine in a month, that's how, instead of just access to the sea like he wanted.

At this point I think he's just trying to maintain an illusion of power. We all know that we made the coup happen and we installed him under a ruse of democracy, but he's a dictator. He's trying to use guilt because it's the only card he has to play.

Why do we still act like Putin is the boogeyman, so the military contractors can sell more weapons? I think Trump is right to have a dialogue with him, to not is idiotic (Biden).

Yep. We've been playing that card since the Cold War. Not once has legacy media mentioned that NATO started this by violating the pact that said no bases on Russian borders. Damn right the MIC and politicians who could profit from this started it and made Putin the boogeyman.

At this point, even if he IS the boogeyman, I want him to win just to spite them.
 
I don’t gaf what Putin does with his neighbors, unless it’s a legitimate threat to our security, and I mean ours, not those pussies in Europe, let them defend themselves, fk em. Hard to say with Putin, but I think he just wants to be secure, and sell their energy, not take over the world in a diabolical plot, like the left idiots think.

It's economic for him, he took Georgia for the pipeline, wants Ukraine for the same reasons. Russia needed $70 oil to survive 20 years ago, probably much higher now. The only way to take that pressure off is to control more oil and the means to export it. NATO expansion may be a small part of it, but I'd guess it's more of an excuse. He can't be afraid of Europe
 
I actually do think Putin is bad and shouldn’t invade other countries. I also think Ukraine is sketchy af and we shouldn’t be pouring money into an unwinnable war.

I also think that if Trump was re elected this would have never happened. Russias only money is from oil and if it’s cheap Putin doesn’t have resources.

I’ve not dug into the “Putin was provoked” narrative, to see how much of that is bs, but I have heard several people lay out basically the same thing, that it could have been avoided, and Putin was basically provoked. Now could Putin have used that for reasons that benefit Russia, of course he probably did.

It's legit. NATO agreed to keep bases off their border to keep him from invading. NATO waited some years and put the bases on Russia's border anyway and talked about adding Ukraine to NATO. We/NATO violated the agreement first. Now he may have invaded anyway because he needed to economically and he just used NATO's bases as an excuse as soon as America was weak with Biden in office. Excuse or not, it's legit. Kind of the same way that America invading Iraq after 9/11 was legit. It didn't matter that they had no WMD's because the law said Iraq had to prove it at the facilities to UN Inspectors and Hussein denied Inspectors access. So sure, we lied about WMD, but we still had the legal right once Iraq didn't live up to UN sanctions.

But y'all are right, no way it ever happened with Trump in office. Of course, if Trump had a 2nd term, he'd have just continued to be a lame duck President and Putin would just now be invading and we wouldn't have a Trump to save us after the liberals took over.

The one person I know who worked for a ngo funded by usaid lost her job, she doesn’t have any walking around sense, yet was making 6 figures, doing nothing. I’m not sure she could work at 7-11, this seems to be a lot of the folks that lost their job working for an ngo. Those mfrs should trying eating what they kill..,
 
I was just talking to a former govie I have working on epa regs and he was like I think this admin will do what we want even if Trump is terrible for the country. He then said his daughter was fired from some foreign aid and I’m like how the heck is that bad for the us?

Most people don’t get foreign aid goes to dictators not starving kids
