Its impossible even if you're in a red town with all blue collar friends to avoid the legacy msm: they are on every tv channel and newspaper, google search, facebook etc. The kids teacher likely has blm and gay flags, its at the library and local news.

I get that, it's the calling them a cult simply for having differing opinions. It's asinine. And a LOT of it I see is coming from 60+crowd. Seriously? We've had Dems and Pubs at each other for 30 years, but we didn't call the other side a cult or brainwashed. We just said their beliefs were stupid. Maybe they were naive for falling for Gore's climate fear mongering.....but we didn't use "cult" the way they do now. Just like nazi and all that. Younger people, I get it. But the old people should be more rational than this.

Like AG....it's weird enough the old man lived for decades in a tiny, BFE hick town and was still a liberal, but to spew the nonsense he does on facebook of outright lies when you know he's exposed to a lot of right wing beliefs. It's just baffling.

well yes that's true as well. Sort of really got rolling under Obama where if you said anything about a policy of his YOU ARE RACIST. The people who are like this are usually raging narcissists who think they are smarter and more moral and everyone else and who they vote for is proof of that; they see themselves as resistance fighters - no you're not hiding Anne Frank you're supporting molesters from being deported. Dems are still saying kamala lost due to racism and sexism. No, she is a lazy dumbass who favors awful policies. There are some trumpcandonowrong people, but most people who voted for him aren't fans of every policy and statement of his and say so readily. Its not part of our personality.
 
Sucks for WNC. This isn’t hyperbole, they’re finding some terribly shady shit, and it’ll likely sink any chance Dems take back house, senate, or WH for at least the next potus cycle. That means more non fruitcake SC judges.

But about one judge being able to stay something nationwide... that's not going to change. A trial judge who gets a motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent party "A" from doing thing "X" can grant it whether the effects are local or nationwide. If it's something controversial and timely, the appellate court will usually expedite a ruling to either confirm or overturn it so it's not like there's no remedy.

Well, the popular vote went to Trump who told use DOGE was going to do this, so most of us agree. And I'm willing to bet there are plenty of liberals who secretly like it as well.
