ffs. It was basically this. The judge told the jury they don't have to be unanimous in finding Trump guilty. Crime is irrelevant. So even a 4-4-4 hung jury wouldn't be a mistrial, but he'd find Trump guilty. Which is very illegal per a previous SCOTUS ruling
