So where's the truth. In the middle? FBI is corrupt and does the deep state's bidding. Obviously the "victim" here would exaggerate the truth. FBI claims it's all a lie and it was all done peacefully and the wife's account is a lie.

A pro-life author and "peaceful demonstrator" who had no record of actually being truly disruptive or threatening and father of 7, had his home raided by 25-30 armed FBI agents with guns drawn. Wife asked for warrant and the answer was, "We'll take him whether we have a warrant or not" she claims. They eventually show only 1 page of the warrant which says he was accused of violating the "Freedom of access to clinic entrances Act", which was already considered and thrown out by a Federal Judge.

The reason for the arrest that occurred after the case was already thrown out, yet this still happens:

A federal indictment accuses Houck of twice assaulting a Planned Parenthood client escort, identified in the document as “B.L.,” outside a Philadelphia abortion clinic on Oct. 23, 2021.

Houck regularly prays the rosary, hands out literature, and “does some sidewalk counseling” outside the clinic, his wife told CNA.

Mark Houck maintains that he pushed the clinic escort away from Houck’s then 12-year-old son because the man was verbally harassing the boy, Middleton told CNA.

The man fell down but was not seriously hurt, Middleton said, requiring only “a Band-Aid on his finger.”

This is supposedly caught on video and shows there was no real threat.
 
The comments by the unelected head of the EU were terrifying. They only want democracy if their sort of globalists are elected. They may sanction Italy for this

That should literally be an act of war. Sanctions for a fair and democratically election leader solely because they don't like her. If that truly happens, we have a major fucking issue on the world stage.
 
My good friends at pacific legal foundation have filed against the ridiculous student loan handout. Doc can add lawyer stuff but generally it’s tough to find “standing” and just being a disgruntled taxpayer isn’t enough.

Standing is always a hurdle in challenges to programs like this. I don't know if PLF's strategy is good or not - often, it depends on the whim of the trial judge and there's a lot of contradictory rulings about whether a particular party has standing.

A while back, Biden said "There will be no pipeline" and it was clear he meant we would disable it. CIA warned that this would happen last summer.

So, unless Putin decided to sabotage his own country, it appears as though the Biden administration just instigated an escalation of war. Further encouraged the dark winter as Europe countries are telling their farmers to stop farming during a food shortage.

But how stupid is Biden- to say that of course people are going to blame you. A large number of right leaning euros i follow on Twitter believe it. I don’t agree, but how fucking dumb to give enemies and allies and excuse to see us involved.

I don't know what to think. I would hope we weren't that stupid. Enviro whackos seems stupid because nothing says environmentally friendly like damaging a pipeline in the water. Bad engineering, maybe...but the timing would be a hell of a coincidence.

Ukraine is blaming Russia for doing it themselves, which is possible. But of course Ukraine will use any excuse, true or not, to get help against Russia.

Every scenario is plausible.

I don't know what's worse...the absurdity of conflating natural disasters and COVID or still pimping the vaccine when even the CDC now admits it's basically ineffective.

Energy and environment - a trade publication for policy poos like me, generally covering new regs etc but recently bought by politico - had as a top story that if fleeing a hurricane be sure to take birth control because not all states allow abortion. This is the same writer who made up shit about a meeting I was at.
