Most lists I saw from the same time frame had that one as the best budget option (kind of an obvious one, I've heard bad nothing about PSA in general) and the Savage MSR 10 as the best value option. There's a handful of things that are notably different in quality. trigger, muzzle device (moot since I'm putting a suppressor on it), 5R rifling....Your paying for a few upgrades with the Savage.
