Some whacko "Housewives of wherever" woman whose all about woman power is being applauded for being an awesome mom for announcing and supporting her 12 year old daughter who has come out as trans, so now a boy, for living their real life and being who they are.

The year before, her middle daughter came out as lesbian. The year before that, her oldest daughter came out as bi.

That is statistically impossible. That is siblings mimicking trends and their other siblings, but taking it one notch further.

is this in california? I hope I live long enough to see some repercussions for the people pushing this shit. Particularly the publishers targeting books at children about these topics.

I saw a clip of my old church who got taken over by a woke yankee. Last sermon was about stopping the hate on trans and Jesus would love them.

Not wanting it pushed on our children is not "Hate". Very, very few people are openly hating on adult trans. We may make fun of them on occasion, but it's not "hate". Only when it involves our kids.....They know it, we know they know it, and they still pretend we're just wanting to lynch everyone except straight white people.

No one gave a shit about trans people until they started waving their dicks around the women's locker room and twerking on our kids. I can't believe I had to type that.

We all know it’s older white women who are on the other side of this, and what else would we expect when confronted by them. Exact same arguing tactic my wife uses.

More stupid from The View.....Tucker showing the suppressed footage of 1/6 should be ILLEGAL

HOW DARE YOU LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!?!?!!
She said it's a lie, so it HAS to be illegal! This is misinformation! She literally said, "The first amendment doesn't allow you to lie". Uhhhh, Whoopi....Jesus fucking Christ.

Chuck Schumer called it "a bald faced lie".

Did Tucker suddenly become an expert at deep faking Capitol security footage? I'd love to hear any of them explain how airing footage they wanted suppressed "a lie". Awesome, we've redefined what "lie" means.

If the videos Tucker showed were taken out of context, or don't show the whole picture, by all means, play the full videos for us or tell us what they're missing.

DocZaius Tucker showed videos of that Shaman guy calmly being escorted around by cops. His lawyer says none of that video was made available to him. Does Shaman guy have any legal recourse? New trial?

Well, the Shaman pled guilty. He didn't get a trial. There's an argument to be made that if his lawyer requested the video and didn't get it, then the Shaman got railroaded into accepting a plea and he might be able to withdraw it. But that's a long shot - plea deals happen all the time without the defendant knowing about all the evidence. Plus, even though he was escorted around the building, it's claimed that he had a weapon (a spear, appears to be true) , wrote a threatening note to Mike Pence and ignored orders to leave.

Aaah. Didn't know he pleaded guilty.

but would knowing that video existed have made him change his plea intially?

Maybe, but he pled to "obstructing an official proceeding," and he undoubtedly had a hand in it. He riled up the crowd, was one of the first inside, etc. Whether he was escorted or not, he was part of shutting down Congress that day. So I'm not sure the video makes much difference in that regard. And I think it was already known that he wasn't one of the people who clashed with police and didn't try to trash the place.

4 years for obstructing an official proceeding. Seems fair.
I was listening to a number of stories about people prosecuted for 1/6. I haven't fact checked any of this, but from a gay conservative who was arrested and held for a while for 1/6 when he never even entered the building, here are some his claims:

Many of the 1/6 defendants are being represented by PD's who open hate Trump supporters and those at 1/6. They may or may not be getting railroaded by their own attorney's or at least, getting half ass attention.

Supposedly a number of those in jail for 1/6 are being treated very poorly in the clink, being beaten or simply having their food fucked with compared to other inmates.

The really fucked up one....One case in particular, a guy took a plea deal for a 6 month sentence. Shortly after, the prosecution came back and tacked on an additional charge that involved treason and added 60 years to the 6 months and he was locked into having plead guilty and had no recourse.

I'm curious how much of that is accurate, but I'm too lazy to look and don't really trust I'll find any unbias information about it anyway

Can't see how an additional charge could be added after a plea agreement was entered. And if it was the previous guilty plea can't apply to the new charge.

In a world that makes sense anyway.

I don't find it hard to believe the public defenders in DC are extremely liberal and defend carjacker teens with a lot more effort than someone strolling around in a MAGA hat.
