They keep repeating the "good guy with a gun" is a myth. When they save the day, which they have 3 times in the last 2 months...not self defense, minor stuff, but killing guys with AR's that are shooting up the public. 2 of them were completely suppressed by the media. And now this guy is being made the villain.

They also can't comprehend what the law is. Gun free zones by private places isn't a law. Malls can put up their gun free zone signs, but we don't have to follow that. The absolute worst case is if someone catches you somehow, the owner asks you to leave, and if you don't, it's trespassing. That's it.

Yep. Considering virtually every mass shooting (real mass shooters, not what they define as a mass shooter) is in a gun free zone, that's a pretty plain indicator and they refuse to acknowledge it.

And it's baffling why Biden administration would defend and side with these 1% of lunatics. What do the democrats have to gain by pushing away life long voters like Rogan, Maher, and Musk (for however long he's been a citizen) and many normal people in favor of an extreme minority.

Because they can't win based on their own policies. So they have to push this fear of regression to scare people into voting their way....and it worked on a lot of people. People swore we'd have blacks hanging in city streets and women fired from professions when Trump got in office. Obviously we saw none of that, yet the media still acted like it was happening. Same thing with Roe vs Wade being equated to the Handmaid's Tale.

My neighbor is some kind of scientist in a geological or nature type field. She's not a dumb woman, yet she was all scared over Roe vs Wade. She's smart enough to know we're not in a stupid Handmaid's Tale, but it forces her to pick a side of extremes. The retarded Conservatives going "Ban abortion, period" exactly as Newton's 3rd law says validates the extremity. So maybe in their view it works? Or they're in one big f'n echo chamber and won't accept that most Americans aren't that stupid.

Absolutely. I voted for Libertarian for 2 or 3 elections. But the extremism of the left going batshit crazy finally convinced me to give in to "the lesser of 2 evils" political game. Anti-liberal at all costs.
 
Many college grads, esp those from comfortable suburbia, end up isolated form normal working people and are easily fooled into “the right is all racism and sexism” etc because they listen to npr and poorer people tend to be less careful with language so it confirms their biases.

I’ve been surrounded by these people since I was a scholly kid in college, and for a time fell into their mindset. Luckily my job, even in elite dc, has me in contact with small biz and other working people all over the us and I’ve grown to realize the dem agenda is crap, esp since they’ve gone off the rails.
