Breyer retiring. Forget if simple majority on SCOTUS confs, court stays the same makeup if so... unless manchin disapproves.

Be funny if Manchin and Sinema torpedo any nomination.

Never happen, but...

Justice Breyer retiring - likely because the senate will go R soon. Biden has said he will pick a woman of color - maybe a way to get rid of Kamala?

How does any liberal justify Biden picking only women of color and not the best candidate for the job. Even if you're pandering to blacks/women, at least pick them and then say they were most qualified for the job instead of blatantly saying they only got it because they were a black minority. It directly undermines their qualifications to anyone not a virtue signaling retard

Agree that is logical but the Dems have made identity politics so important (they have nothing else) that some minorities are so brainwashed that they believe only this sort of pandering is proof that anyone is doing anything for them. Probably even more white libs think it’s the only way progress happens. But yes minorities have left that party and it leads to further erosion of trust in institutions by those who see thru the bullshit.

if you think breyer news came out at a handy time to turn the page from this admin's many failures, you're right! Justices typically retire in the summer after the session so that they can continue to hear cases all spring without them being the news, and they always announce it themselves. This was pretty much of a biden admin leak to change the news coverage. They kneecapped a SCOTUS judge.

Anyone ever see the antiwork subreddit? I’d read it sometimes for a laugh, they seemed like a lot of dumb lazy losers. One of the mods did a fox interview and it blew up

I've read some of those. Whiny, needy, lazy, entitled assholes.

Yeah, here's the interview. It hits all the low points: Tranny moderator, messy house, complaining about work even though s/he only works 25 hours per week as a dog walker, etc.

A reaction from /r/antiwork:

Some good links about it all in here:
