The movie was great and so was the book - but I agree they had very little in common beyond the names of some of the characters.
Never gave it much thought. I always just assumed zombie bites are poisonous.I just realized, many years later, there's a major flaw in the entire concept of the Walking Dead.
If you get scratched or bit by a walker, you turn. Why? They all already have the "virus" inside them to turn when they die. So a simple bite that's in no way lethal has no reason to suddenly make you die or turn as it's not injecting you with anything you don't already have.
But it would be like being exposed to small pox when you've had the vaccine.Never gave it much thought. I always just assumed zombie bites are poisonous.

And the scratch thing makes no sense. Oh no, a fingernail got me!
FauciIt might make sense if the wound turned gangrenous or something, but then it'd take days or even weeks to die and turn.
I always thought the whole "everyone's already infected" thing to be a dumb idea. This virus does nothing to a person until they die? How does it spread, then, and how did everyone on earth get infected?
He’s 10, I think Wedding Singer may be a little too mature for him, less slapsticky?? Wondering if Big Daddy (was that the name) is the same.No wedding singer??
HG and WS are some of my fave dumb comedies along with zoolander to watch after a shit day. I don't normally like sequels but it seems like netflix has given him a lot of control and his movies on there are by and large funny
Yeah it was lame.It might make sense if the wound turned gangrenous or something, but then it'd take days or even weeks to die and turn.

If you were to make up a fake 80s tv show it would have this intro
I have zero memory of this existing
