He quit the Witcher because he's a huge nerd and the writers strayed too much from the source material.

That's what they all say, but he denies it. Of course that's probably just him trying to be professional. I guess it's more true now that he says he's going into Warhammer that he's wanting to do, so apparently he is a big nerd.

Slow Horses on Apple, really good, as is Mosquito Coast & Echo. Started season 3 Jack Ryan, not even remotely close to the book, but still good.

The people in the comments that had no clue...

Witcher Blood Origin. Completely shit on by rotten tomatoes and critics, but I’m enjoying it.
All I need to do is check the audience score. Critics are so far up their own asses.

Yeah, 100% cash grab - the article notes that California had suspended the statute of limitations for these kinds of cases but the suspension expired on December 31. I was probably 13, I remember watching the movie in 8th or 9th grade English class. Magnificent, but had no idea she was only 15.

Things were different back then. Jenny Agutter, who you may have seen nude in Logan's Run or An American Werewolf in London, also did a nude scene when she was 15 or 16 in an Australian film called Walkabout during the same era.

Way more recently, Thora Birch in American Beauty got topless when she was like 16 or 17.

Must have missed that part, I never saw the whole thing. Boring movie.

Over-rated as hell.

60 years later they realize they were exploited.

Fuck them.

P.S. She had great tits. I don't care if she was 15. I was 15 the first time I saw them.
She gave an interview only a few years ago where she thought the nudity was no big deal. Doc doesn’t that sort of thing torpedo a case

Yeah, it should. How do you go from that to "suddenly" realizing you were exploited? Conveniently after the director has died, by the way.

I am not a big fan about how many states did away with the statute of limitations on these types of cases. Most people can't remember what they were doing last week, let alone 20 years ago - memories fade, evidence gets destroyed or lost and then all you have is the word of the plaintiff, who stands to gain millions of dollars.

Finally saw Ghostbusters Afterlife.

Not bad, fits in well with the previous movies. (not the shitty girl one)

Could have used a few more ghosts though.

Damn, 1923 is outstanding! Servant on Apple is addicting, one of those show you keep watching, but not sure if you hate it or like it.

Yeah, 1923 is great. I thought 1883 was underwhelming - really didn't like Elsa (and the one thing I don't like about 1923 is her narration).
