⚖️Law & Order Crimes and trials

Oh, and there's this:

https://newstalk1130.iheart.com/featured/common-sense-central/content/2021-11-16-the-disturbing-story-of-the-rittenhouse-cases-mysterious-jump-kick-man/

The prosecution knows the identity of Jump Kick Man. Is this a Brady violation?

And the fact he was only referred to as jkm indicates they didn't know his name or they would have used it. Like the arson dude and his wife whose name I cant remember.

If we’re on stupid here’s my fave member of the squad, relentless grifter cori bush - it will be open season on sniping protestors

There are a surprising number of people who have expressed surprise upon learning that the people he shot were white.

LOL, there's footage going around of some imbecile with a megaphone saying shit like "BLM supports pedophiles" and the BLM protestors there are threatening him.

And now the jury wants the rest of the instructions:

Unless they work into the night, I don't think we're getting a verdict today.

Wow. Andy Ngo posts a Twitter thread about just how awful the riots were in Kenosha, in case anyone was still wondering why known white supremacist Kyle Rittenhouse took a gun to a peaceful protest:

I think what they were trying to say was they don't need white supremacists there. I could be wrong though.

So... jury came back this morning, went straight to the jury room. Judge hasn't made an appearance but has other hearings.

There was some discussion yesterday that they may have swapped out two jurors for alternates, due to fears that the jurors had about being doxxed and harassed. Just a rumor, there is a claim that it was overheard when the judge didn't turn his microphone off in time.

And of course, the news is that the defense filed another mistrial motion, this time with the allegation that the prosecution withheld the HD video from the defense, and instead only provided a low-quality version.

But what I find more interesting is this article, which says the prosecution has known for a long time who "Jump Kick Man" is.

"The Dan O'Donnell Show" is not naming Jump Kick Man, as he has not been criminally charged in connection with the Rittenhouse case. Sources indicate that he contacted prosecutors and offered to testify, but in exchange requested immunity from an ongoing drunk driving and domestic abuse case with which he was charged in June. Prosecutors declined his offer and chose not to call him as a witness in the Rittenhouse case.

Not sure why few have picked up this story, but if that's true, it's another example of misconduct on the part of the prosecution.

In other news, the prosecution has rested in the Arbery case. Defense motions for directed verdict predictably denied.

Not sure if more weird stuff is happening - for some reason, it's not getting a fraction of the coverage of the Rittenhouse case, despite it having a lot of race-based controversies.

My only guess on the lack of coverage is that it seems like there isn't a big rift on that case. Seems like most agree that they are in the wrong.

The Rittenhouse shit is like right down the middle

Yeah. On 1 side you have the law, on the other side you have irrational retards who just want to hang anyone who interferes with leftist violence and lies.

I am neutral on guns and don’t like conspiracy, but it does feel like there’s a huge anti gun self defense aspect to it

Media elites also like to rip on poor white people who terrify them
