If the prosecution knew about it, then the defense's argument for mistrial gets better than it already is. I mean, already there's a pattern of prosecutorial misconduct, this is just one more piece of evidence to present.

If there is ever a retrial, the defense can use this to impeach the Car Source guys' credibility.
 
Not guilty on all counts.
