The ACLU should know better. And they should be raising concerns about the prosecutorial misconduct on display in this trial, not implying that Rittenhouse was part of some unnamed militia.

If I were Rittenhouse, I would lay low for a long time and stay out of the public eye. He does, however, have a laundry list of media, politicians and other individuals and groups to sue for defamation, and I wouldn't blame him if he did. Even after the trial, they are STILL spouting off false information about the case.

Can most of us agree that if law enforcement were allowed to stop rioting in major cities in 2020 this trial and a lot of other bullshit would have been unnecessary?

One of the defendants in the Arbery trial testified yesterday, said he was afraid Arbery was armed because he had caught him prowling a couple weeks before and reached into his waistband.

That doesn't justify chasing him down, in my opinion.

Not sure is anything else noteworthy is going on in that case.
