Law Crimes and trials

I guess that's a condo. Should still be trespassing. Also great from liberals - trespassing and other misdemeanors are perfectly fine as long as you're BLM or some other woke cause.

Hell yes that's illegal. Same guy, Cortez Rice:

He keeps this up, he's going to wind up in jail or worse.

Here's a good wrap-up of week 1 of the Rittenhouse trial: https://www.wisconsinrightnow.com/2021/11/07/rittenhouse-trial-update/

And here's a summary of the first day of trial in the Ahmaud Arbery trial: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-59180744

I still take issue with them saying he was an innocent "jogger," but I don't think there's a good self-defense claim here:

"They didn't simply follow Mr Arbery. All three 'trapped him like a rat' with their two pickup trucks," said Ms Dunikoski, using the elder Mr McMichael's own words.

She added that Mr Bryan tried to hit the jogger four times with his car, getting so close that Mr Arbery's palm prints and T-shirt fibres were later visible on the vehicle.

Their actions are pretty inexcusable even without having to portray Arbery as a fitness enthusiast, just getting in some miles.

The Rittenhouse trial begins today with testimony from Gaige Grosskreutz.

Stream:

Also, apparently the FBI was able to "find" the high-def version of last week's video and it will be stipulated as authentic by the parties.

They also stipulated he has one criminal conviction and it was one of the first questions the prosecution asked him about. This is likely so the defense won't be allowed to get into details about it. Grosskreutz' criminal history is actually a bit convoluted - he has been arrested several times for various offenses - one of them being a felony for burglary - but he somehow still had a concealed weapons permit when he drew on Rittenhouse.

The defense likely won't be allowed to ask much, if anything, about his criminal history, unless the prosecution opens the door. Which they might, because they really fucked up a couple times last week.

I don't know why the defense is letting him go on and on about his training as an EMT. Has nothing to do with the case.

edit: also, those earrings make him look gay as shit.

He's a lot better prepared than those witnesses last week. He has his own lawyer and a law suit against Kenosha and Rittenhouse. Keeps looking at the jury when he answers, but has a strange tic where he starts twitching or rocking, eyes look a little funny. Cross examination could get wild.

^LOL.

Grosskreutz just said he thought Rittenhouse said he didn't do anything and was working with the police. That whole "video doesn't lie" thing is going to come back to bite him. Especially when it comes out that the basis of his law suit is that the police effectively deputized Rittenhouse to be a vigilante. Oh, and he's also an anti-police activist.

We went through my father's personnel file and we've got some interesting memos from him regarding my parents' marriage. It's astounding how much control he exerted over every aspect of the Bureau.

Ooh I’d love to see my dads! There’s a pic of him in some sort of huge warehouse full of machine guns and other big guns and he’s holding one of them which I suspect wasn’t allowed so he likely did random other random stupid shit
