This hypocrisy bothers me. Liberals use free speech as an excuse to dox people and put them in danger or threaten/cost them their jobs. Free speech, it's ok to endanger people. Covid? Refuse them hospital services if they don't get vaxed! No freedom to decide for yourself!

Ana Kasparian, a cohost of the popular progressive online news show “The Young Turks,” shockingly revealed last week that she “was wrong” about key facts concerning the case of Kyle Rittenhouse.

Kasparian said she thought Rittenhouse first chased after Joseph Rosenbaum, sparking the incident that ended with the teen fatally shooting Rosenbaum. However, it was Rosenbaum who chased after Rittenhouse. Moreover, a gun was fired from a third party just seconds before Rittenhouse fatally shot Rosenbaum.

Hell freezes over.

Apparently I missed some drama today.

I watched some of it and didn't really get the point except they wanted him to identify the arsonist in another case? Then he got into the ATF and FBI hassling him. Seemed like the feds were all over this quick.

The prosecutors are painful to watch question witnesses.

It gets more interesting on cross; I’ve been looking for short clips but can’t seem to find them. The prosecutor starts awkwardly badgering him and appears more interested in rehabilitating their own conduct than anything else. The witness was having none of it.

Definitely questionable ethically. It’s possible the witness misinterpreted what the prosecutor wanted him to do, but he seemed pretty adamant that he wanted him to identify Kiminski when he had no idea who he was. Illegal? Maybe, although not a chance in hell the prosecutor gets charged with it.

It’s pretty tangential to the Rittenhouse case, but the prosecution made themselves look like assholes when they crossed this guy.

Ziminski is pretty important to the whole story, though. He can be heard egging on the mob to attack Rittenhouse and he’s the one who fired his gun in the air right before Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum.

Holy shit, they're going to put Kyle Rittenhouse on the stand!? Terrible idea. They have this wrapped up without him - why on earth are they letting him testify?

Fuckin' A, he started crying when recounting how Ziminski and Rosenbaum cornered and threatened him. This is some intense shit.

I still think this is a huge mistake, but maybe it'll play well with the jury.

I mean, the kid looked like he was trying to hold back, looked like he was gonna puke. I think it was real. He's gotta have PTSD from that night.

I don't think there are many 17 year olds out there that can kill 2 people and not have any effects, no matter how justified he was.

Holy fuck. Rittenhouse doing okay, but not great, on cross. ADA has twice now asked off-limits questions and the judge is screaming at him about it.
