⚖️Law & Order Crimes and trials

I listened to Tim talk about that on his show yesterday. No one is shocked at this hypocrisy. Jon responded by saying what he did isn't remotely the same as what Trump did and then said he'd be worshiped if he committed an insurrection and a bunch of other slanderish, unfounded shit.

So now he's lying about and simultaneously justifying his hypocrisy by conflating it with insurrection.

Currently watching recaps of the Apple River Stabbing trial. Hoo Boy what a shit show. Older guy is looking for a lost phone in the river where people typically float down in tubes. Comes across a group of young men and an altercation happens when he grabs their tubes and won't let them leave. More people run over and start yelling at the man and taunting him. He punches a chick in the face (you can see her and her friend put their hands on the man before the camera pans around a couple of times). The man then gets punched. He falls in the water and then gets slapped. You can see him pull out his knife at this point. He stabs the guy that punched him in the stomach, then he gets up and another guy pushes him to the ground. He comes up with a knife in hand and guts the guy who pushed him down (literally), stabs a chick in the side, stabs two other dudes a couple of times, and finally stabs a 17 year old in the chest slashing his heart open. The kid dies instantly. The stabber said he was surrounded and afraid for his safety (which I can completely understand, but then why punch a girl in the face first?) and went into "self defense mode". He's a 54 year old Romanian immigrant that came over when he was much younger. He speaks like 5 languages, is an Engineer, and from what I can tell has never been in trouble before. It's just insane how quickly things can go from yelling to people dead.

Crazy enough the kid that got gutted lived. The only death was the 17 year old.

Not sure why he grabbed their tubes in the first place but they were fucking with him a little too much and found out. If he started the altercation it may not be a bona fide case of self defense, but based on that video I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s acquitted.

Kind of my thoughts too. Apparently he was in poor health at the time so might have felt extra vulnerable. I don't get why he didn't just walk away when the whole river started getting involved. At that point nothing but yelling had happened.
 
What shit video. I don't see him stab anyone, I don't see the alleged punch to the woman that caused him to get attacked.

Here's my interpretation - Sure we shouldn't have grabbed their tubes, but quickly explained he lost whatever and needed to get it. The kids were immediately cunts to the guy. He was acting weird and the one thing you don't do to an old guy acting weird is heckle and start shit with him. Ever. They did. No he shouldn't punch a woman, but the "You never punch a woman".....We've all seen this videos of big groups and the women are just as bad as the men. The woman put hands on him at first, he was already feeling threatened being surrounded by all the kids fucking with him. Fight or flight response to getting touched by a mob is to hit. As long as he didn't go on the attack after the initial slashing and everyone left him the fuck alone, he should walk with self defense.

It should be as simple as, don't be a cunt for no reason.

I watched a frame by frame breakdown from the trial. It still took quite a few watches to really see everything that was happening. It helps a lot if you slow the video down by like 50%.
