⚖️Law & Order Crimes and trials

They saw this coming - most of the schools I have toured with my son have shifted to a "holistic" admissions process. Meaning, you don't have to submit any kind of objective measure of performance like test scores or even grades in some cases. But if you have a great sob story about how you've been discriminated against because you are a black trans lesbian or can write "black lives matter" a hundred times, you have a good shot at getting in.

We were advised, however, that if you have good test scores, by all means submit them.

For the record, I'm not opposed to affirmative action in principle as a means to remedy past injustices, but I think the world is a lot different now than it was in the 1960s. The black middle class has expanded exponentially; (anti-black) discriminatory practices are almost non-existent and the barriers for entry into higher education are as low as they've ever been. We pour a shit-ton of money into urban schools and other programs to lift up the black folks who've been dealt a shitty hand.

Clearly there's still an achievement gap, but I think it's attributable to things other than "systemic racism."

I think the biggest hurdle for anybody to achieve any success in their lives is to have a father in the house.
Or, to Doc's idiotic comment, a halfway decent tax base to fund the public school within a given area and no food deserts would be a decent start.

Let's start with the mentality of calling a black kid who speaks properly, studies, and works hard an "Uncle Tom", "Acting white", etc.

It's a culture problem, not a systemic racism problem. The real systemic racism problem is the Democrats creating policies to oppress black people (look at Joe and Kamala's history), blame the Republicans and convince blacks that voting Democrat is the only way to solve it. And round and round they go.

So the White House cocaine.

I’m sure that a person who waited months to visit the White House and likely has some connection to a government official, would risk federal prison and smuggle in 30k worth of drugs. It seems very very plausible and if you question it you’re Q
