We did a FOIA to Epa. It was 2000 pages and the 40 or so we wanted was blacked out. Illegal for them to do it, but this administration counts on the fact no one will report on just another illegal thing they’ve done. We discussed hiring an attorney but it’s very expensive. They count on this.

It’s pretty well known dems use lawfare. This is why a lot of corporations don’t want to come out against dems because their business is in jeopardy. With a very complicated regulatory structure, everyone is breaking the law. They want it that way to punish enemies

Illegal move after illegal move, GOP says nothing. Biden gives out free money in student debt forgiveness, SCOTUS rules that unconstitutional, and Biden does it again anyway. What good are checks and balances if one of them is now ignored at will and the GOP does absolutely nothing. They don't even bring it up. The left has been getting away with so much crime with virtually no opposition, I don't put it out of the realm of possibility for them to openly steal or deny Trump the White House "to save Democracy" and receive no pushback from the GOP or even the right leaning SCOTUS. What are they going to do if they just tell SCOTUS to fuck off?

nobody wants to curb a lot of this because they want the benefit when they are in power. Spending is what drives me crazy. We scream about Dem spending, then we get in and spend like crazy on different things.

The thing is people are finally woken up to this. Trump has no reason to go easy. I want scorched earth. Dems will win at the midterm. Do as much in two years as possible.
Assuming Trump has people who support him this time. Half the corrupt GOP still hate him, at least. The 3 letter agencies are going to what, prosecute and arrest themselves for their corruption and servitude to the deep state?
Trump is just one man....Who is going to enforce any of it? The military? And look like a dictator? That's not an option. I want to see scorched earth too, but I just don't know how he accomplishes that and with whose help.
