I’m hoping it’s a personnel issue and not a coaching issue. They are 10 months into it, that Grantham stank is strong. If the new DC’s don’t work out, top flight DC’s will jump at the chance to coach these guys coming in. We don’t seem to be afraid to pay coaches either. Napier is fixing the talent gap.
