Really? I've heard a lot of negative shit....and not because of the "you're white, you can't see it on opening day"

Watched it last night and have mixed feelings. It was more entertaining than I expected. It wasn't a bad movie, it just obviously got the crazy hype because wokeism.Irish Mike said:RIP said:I went in with no expectations and enjoyed it.Juggs said:Really? Watched it last night. Went in with no expectations, too, and it still disappointed. Fight scenes look like Power Rangers, CGI is shitty, most of the actors suck except for Winston Duke and Angela Bassett, very limited story to drag out for nearly 3 hours.
They need M'Baku to become a badass Black Panther, not 65lb Shuri.
The Jack Dutton that just got married is Kevin Costner's grandfather. Dabney Coleman(i didn't realize that was him either) is Jack's kid.DocZaius said:1923 is still good. Had some good nudity in the most recent episode.
But... I think there's only one episode left in this season. I'm sure there will be some huge development or cliffhanger, but I was hoping Spencer would make it to Montana by the end of the season and it doesn't look like he will. Harrison Ford is reportedly returning for Season 2, so they probably won't kill him off (they could have done it already without harming the story if that was the intent),
But it wouldn't surprise me if they killed off any of the other Duttons (except Spencer - I have a feeling he's going to come in and hunt the most dangerous game). It's not clear if Jack is a nickname for John, but if it is, then we know he lives because we see an old John Dutton II as Kevin Costner's dad in Yellowstone (who I was surprised to learn was played by Dabney Coleman). I hope they keep the hot young blond Dutton wives around for a while, though.

Personally, without Lady Mormont, the show would be a real snoozer.
