It's a giant lamb tower that rotates to heat up all sides. They shave the meat off into a pita bread with veggies and yogurt sauce. Add as much spice as you like and you're in heaven.

seasoning and the wrappings are irrelevant to me. It's shaved lamb with some type of yogurt stuff on it. It's a gyro

I got one in france, no idea what it was called. It was sort of in a "projects" area which is all north africans in France and the meat they were shaving from was WHITE. The fries were probably the best i ever had but I have no idea what the meat was. It was good.

(PS I wasn't staying in the projects it was just on the way home from a museum to my airbnb)
