⚖️Law & Order Crimes and trials

During that Saturday hearing, Hummel asked Varnado why she had hired security. Then, she says he stood up, opened his robe, pulled his gun out of the holster on his hip and held it in his right hand.

“I promise you, I’ll take care of them,” Hummel said, according to a court transcript. “We were never told these folks were security until most recently. …

“I got this man (referring to one of the security team members) here carrying a man purse, which I make fun of him every damn day for wearing such a sissy-ass contraption. And I hear he has blood coagulant. I have blood coagulant up here too, and I’ve got lots of guns. Like, bigger ones too.”

That’s when Hummel pulled out the gun.

“As Judge Hummel reached for his firearm, he said, ‘Aren’t me and my guns and security enough?’ Varnado’s affidavit states. “’My guns are bigger than your security’s guns!’ He pointed the barrel of the gun – first, at the table where defendants’ counsel, David Dehoney and Jennifer Hicks, were seated, and then, at the podium where I was standing.

“Judge Hummel then set his gun down on the judicial bench and deliberately rotated the firearm (as it laid on the bench) until the barrel of the gun was pointing directly at me.”

This is pretty big news if you follow true crime or mysterious shit. People have been speculating about this case for over 70 years.

The truth is:

It was just some guy. Not a spy, or an alien or anything - an electrical engineer. Just a dude who left his wife and enjoyed poetry. The weird code they found probably had to do with betting on horses.

Alex Jones has fantastic lawyers

Hard for them to argue that it shouldn't be admissible, though, since Jones had steadfastly refused to produce discovery in the case. I don't think they made any claim that the information is privileged.

Still, his lawyers should have prepared him for it.

The black woman who claims the costumed character at Sesame World ignored her kids and was therefore racism is suing for 25 million dollars.

FFS. If she wins that, burn down the whole god damn system.

This was the guy who got shot outside of Wendy's during the 2020 summer of peace and love. Remember, the mayor called them murderers and allowed "peaceful protests" to go on for weeks afterwards, including burning down the Wendy's where this happened, until an 8-year-old girl was shot and killed when her parents tried to go through the protestors' roadblock.

I'll keep saying it. Asteroid or burn it all down.

Riot, set a school on fire, and get probation. Buy a Betsy Ross flag and you're on a watch list for domestic terrorism.

In Gibson's Bakery news, the Ohio Supreme Court has declined to hear the remaining appeals, but the Gibsons still haven't been paid.

I'm not sure procedurally what's holding things up, since the money has been deposited in an escrow account. Maybe still waiting until the time for rehearing has expired or maybe they're going to try a fruitless appeal to the US Supreme Court.
