I f'n hate it when a client tries to make design changes on a site. Do you know why you hire us dude? Because you don't know what the fuck you're doing.
I get an email on a project that's basically final. He doesn't like the route of the sewer line that has to jog around the site. So he wants to break a building into 2 separate buildings and separate them 10 feet apart for the sole purpose of saving like 40 feet of a lowly 6" PVC pipe. He also asked why we don't run the sewer line UNDER a large building instead of around it. Well look here dick bag, I'm not even going to address why you don't put a sewer line under a building. That should be common f'n sense. Why can't I put it where you want? Because you also don't put a line right up against the foundation of a building. But here's the real issue....we have set elevation/slope requirements and your path takes it directly THROUGH a storm pipe because they're at the same elevation and neither of them can change.
FFS, that's obvious if you know how to read the plans you're trying to make changes on. Fuck I hate clients.

I got an email from a disgruntled client that is railing on us about a distribution list that had somebodies name in it twice, once was broken up. Looks to me like it was a system issue, because it shows up fine for me. She claims to hate to be the bad guy and this makes us look sloppy. She's a super cunt.

Fuck I'm annoyed. So I had this great Dr, guy about my age. Good bedside manor, if I had to request he took care of it, not a pain in the ass. He left the practice and I was given a 50 something woman as a replacement. No problem with a woman Dr, but she's a huge pain in the ass. She doesn't even bother to read my chart before questioning me on requests and being a bit snooty about it.
I requested some blood work and specific panels to be done. The Dr. didn't order them, just said why do you want this, why do you want that, through second hand messaging. Why should it fucking matter. It's no skin off your nose to just put the fucking order in and be done with it you dumb twat. So I explain to the nurse, my psychiatrist recommended having cortisol levels and some other shit checked to see if that's a contributing factor to my insomnia, as at this point we're in a process of elimination trying to figure it out. And she's not just a psychiatrist, she was a neurologist 20 years before she became a psychiatrist. Was that good enough? Nope, gotta come see the Dr. Fucking hell you'd think I was asking for opiates or something.
