If it isn't in the slab it should be fairly cheap. In the slab they have these specialists that using sound (and thermal if hot water), try to pinpoint it. Then a jackhammer to get to it. I think I paid 700 bucks.

There are what appear to be water stains on my dining room ceiling. They weren’t there last week. New roof put in a year and a half ago. My big ass air handler is in the attack and blocks access to that area, so it’s a bitch to see anything.

The ac should sit in a tray that has a pvc drain for the condensation to go. If it gets blocked the tray overflows. My ac has a float switch that cuts off the ac if that happens.

Nope, the overflow drain comes out the other side of the house. And my ac would also cut off if it overflowed and it's been running 24/7pg. said:

Clients can be so stupid.
Ideally (and sometimes required by the city/county), your building has to be parallel with the road it's on. In this case, it doesn't and I had to put a funny angle on the building. Well it's 45,000 square feet, 300'x150'. The client only has a 350' deep to work with. It had to be angled to fit in the parking and driveway that completely encircles the building for his semis to loop around.
He writes back and says, "I don't understand why the building can't face the road".

I've wasted time going through multiple layouts getting one that meets all requirements only for him to reduce the building to 20,000 SF on me.

In fucked up housing issues, my masseuse was over yesterday and her house caught on fire from lightning from one of these bad ass storms we've had recently. Old house where they used newspaper for insulation in the attic. A non-active, but still attached gas line to the house was made of old conductive material. Lightning hit the pipe, travelled through the house, created a smolder in the attic somehow. Hours later, it ignited and caught the attic on fire in the middle of the night. The same day someone ran a redlight and hit her. I don't feel as bad about a pissy day

Well I'm kind of annoyed. I can't remember what thread, but I mentioned the issue with handling girls hitting puberty. So apparently the plan is for me to pretend it doesn't exist. She'll bring over bras and whatever other personal hygiene stuff she wants from her moms house, hide it, and take stuff back to her mom to be washed. Her mom says she's way too mortified for me to say anything or be involved. She also thinks she's wondermom and knows what's best at all times.
On one hand, makes it easier on me. Also saves me money on not having to buy shit. On the other, I really just want to tell the kid, "There's nothing that happens with a females body that I don't know about. It's not new or a big mystery. I don't care. Wash your own clothes and if you need something bought just tell me".
The ex insists I say absolutely nothing that I would only mortify her. Which I think is fucking retarded for me to not acknowledging that I understand and she can ask me for help if she absolutely has to....because I'm not calling mom to run over and save the day every time she's "uncomfortable" or if she runs out of something. That's even more retarded. I've mostly gotten along with the ex for a while now, but her "I know what's best" and overprotecting of the kid is starting to piss me off.

The problem with just buying something is, she'll have a meltdown if it's wrong. Did her mom teach her tampons or pads to start? If I ask the mom, she'll have a shitfit and insist I say nothing. If I ask the kid, she'll probably say, "I don't know" even if I tell her to point them the fuck out. Then she'll probably tell her mom that will also result in her pissing in my ear.
