I watched some live feeds from various places. Tampa dodged a big bullet. Ft. Meyers cameras were showed a shit ton of wind, trees sidewalks while Tampa was calm as could be. At least around 11pm.
It went further south. Tons of massive and very destructive tornados across central Florida.
This was odd for a hurricane in Florida. Sometimes tornados form, but this was unprecedented....really making the conspiracies grow. Storm surges and whatnot was very calm for what it should be.
FYI - For the conspiracy nuts, the tornados came shortly after a flight plan shows a plane flew through and zigzagged all over the hurricane. Not a fly through like NOAA does....this thing spent a lot of time in the storm and flew back and forth criss crossing it extensively.

I'm willing to bet one of the 2 large and very active Florida Bull Terrier Rescue groups have already contacted the Humane Society. They have way more money and resources to rehab and take care of Trooper.
As for the spic, throw the book at him. I'm not a super bleeding heart for animals, but if you're going to abandon one....at the very least, give it away to someone or let it loose, not tie it up to die. My guess, probably not well trained and has temperament issues from the piece of shit. This guy just looks like a loser. Already out on bail
