I was just following some of her drama.
I can't find the post right now (she's flooded her profile with film-school critiques of TikTok meltdown videos), but someone asked her about her brother Jason's political views. She responded with something like, "I love my brother even if we disagree on politics," and some weirdo told her that was a disgusting take and that she's a terrible person. WTF?

We need someone who can get dems to agree to things, most things are 60 votes. Taxes passed because it’s budget and that doesn’t need 60 but a lot of things do. Cronyn and thune are gonna be able to get some dems in red states to vote on some things. I think

I hope that's their logic and it proves true. It's reasonable to think having a MAGA as lead would only rile democrats into disagreeing out of spite.

It's a nice thought, but I think the reality is that the leftist machine isn't going to be rational for one second of the next 4 years. I don't think one Democrat will cross the aisle even if it's an awesome bill that will help America.

There are actually things they have to vote on for funding DOD etc. there’s going to have to be concessions.
And dems particularly those in red areas (and there are a lot more red areas thanks to trump!) will have to consider their re-election vs pure obstruction. I don’t think that Jeffries is nearly the strongarmer that pelosi was.
The fact you have dems like moulton who sponsored legislation favoring trans boys playing in girls sports now saying it’s a bad idea may show some of this shift.
It will be interesting to see!
