Because while they'd get encouraged and applauded if it were Trump, asking Biden would probably get them banned from the briefings or disappeared.

biden doesn't really do press briefings. recall the few he's done he has a list of who he calls on and its all friendlies. Once in a while when he's somewhere people can shout. The tall fox guy tries to focus on serious policy stuff and I sort of don't blame him.

but yeah, jimmy kimmel isn't going to ask that stuff. no one is.
