It's fucking weird (and pathetic) to see random stuff pop up FB, in this case it was a House of Dragons page (I don't follow) that had a picture of the Queen (Emma whatever) and said, "This woman is pretty".

A 65+ year old man says, "This PERSON is beautiful" and there was a community note about respecting preferred pronouns. The weird part is a man that age is so woke (as is his entire FB page repeating woke lies). The pathetic part is that liberals bring up Trump or their woke nonsense in Every. Single. Post. They. Make. It doesn't matter what the subject matter is or how irrelevant, they can make House of Dragons, cheese, or a wet fart somehow about Trump or political correctness.
 
DuPont Circle is probably the most gay-friendly place in D.C. The victim says he was kissing his boyfriend in the Shake Shack and the employees came up and told him to stop. My guess is that he used the no-no word and these fine scholars took offense.

I just find odd that it’s not rural whites beating up gays, Asians and Jews. Is the dem narrative incorrect?
 
I feel like colleges offering queer theory and break dancing study phds had caused this insanity. Stem, business and law need to be the only degrees. I mean phds get a bad rap but phd coastal engineer will design a port and control flooding. Those things are important

Hey if they want to be a Chicano studies major, or whatever, great. But let's not subsidize such a poor choice through federally-backed student loans or government grants. If you want to pursue a doctorate in something dumb, pay for it yourself.

The thing is they are subsidized. They get loans and colleges set up jobs programs for them to teach to other dummies. I used to be “ who cares” but it’s a fucking cancer

Meh. I've known a ton of engineers over the years of every discipline. Only 1 of them who was exceptional at his job had a PhD. The rest of the PhD's were terrible engineers and ended up in management roles. Experience, critical thinking, and talent in their discipline are infinitely more improtant.

Librarians should avoid holding meetings in “racist” buildings, decolonisation training experts have advised.

Libraries across Wales have been given the task of becoming “anti-racist”, in line with the devolved Labour government’s pledge to “eradicate” systemic racism by 2030.

Training is being devised as part of a £130,000 project to instruct local librarians in “critical whiteness studies” and how to deal with issues like the “dominant paradigm of whiteness”.

Advisers on the process have made clear that planned training sessions should not take place in buildings with a “racist” past.

At the bus stop, me and a mom were talking about the stupidity of Alachua County holding a contest to see what to rename the Schoolboard HQ building....it has to be named after a minority is the criteria. Obviously we said it was a waste of money and just call it the damn Schoolboard HQ.

The liberal mom chimed in and said, "But they really had to remove those offensive statues!"

Me: "The ones that nobody even knew existed and if they saw them, they'd never know who they were?"

Her: "But if they looked them up, they'd be offended!"

Me: "Well then we better rename Gainesville......"

Bus arrives before it goes any further :lol:
