That's really f'n odd. Basically everything past how much exercise you get.

I mean, orientation isn't uncommon, but really...what difference does a person's sexual orientation to their health? Pretty sure they're well past the, "Oh you get homo loads shot in your ass, I'll assume you have aids"
 
Somewhere along the line, part of doctoring became collecting information about their patients to report to the CDC or some other government agency. I guess I can see the usefulness of collecting data to identify trends in public health, but it isn't necessarily medically relevant to your care.

There was no questionnaire about surgeries or health problems though. It’s so weird.

Do you get the option of being seen without answering the absurd questions? I'd write in shit they should be asking. When it asks my orientation, I'd answer with, "I'm allergic to...", etc :lol:

That is beyond absurd, to change literal quotes. Like it wasn't bad enough they have to announce their pronouns like I give a fuck.
