Well crap, he was great in everything he was in. Too young.

I barely even remembered he was the Wick hotel guy because he's on screen for 5 minutes. Aside from that, I only remember him from Lost.

As much as I see this news all over the internet about what a big loss, I look at his IMDB and I've seen like 3 things he's been in. Pretty obscure actor for the most part

Maybe obscure but he's still a good actor.

Wasn't it discontinued once before?

One of my favorite car models growing up.

Finally bought a teal six speed convertible with the vette engine back around 2000. Was scary fast. Traded when my son reached driving age.

Are a lot of younger (20s-30s) people you know dying suddenly compared to the past? the guy who grew up across the alley son died in his early 20s and a lawyer I work with son died at 32. Is it all fentanyl?

When I was a kid and got sick, my mom would buy me issues of Mad Magazine (and Cracked) to keep me busy when I was home from school. I even had a couple of books of Jaffe's artwork. Sometimes he drew boobs, which I appreciated.

I was given a giant box of MAD magazines when I was a little kid. Like over 100 issues and a bunch of paperback books. I read those things a million times and started buying new issues with my allowance. Even bought Cracked and Crazy, but not as often as MAD.

Wish I still had them.

For the hell of it, I got a 1-year subscription a couple of years ago.
Damn thing had ads in it, ugh. I had a ton of my uncle's old issues, including the one from when I was born (Batman cover). Still have that one.

I enjoyed reading mad as a kid - did anyone have the books? My sister dropped one in the bathtub and it still makes me angry - but I don't think I'd find it worth revisiting. Feel sort of the same way with Monty Python and toys generally.

There were Mad books? Never saw them. All I remember were spy vs spy, what me worry? And this one issue had stickers two of which I still remember from literally 50 years ago.

One said "We looked for you all through the meal, now you look for the tip."

And the other was a page of them that said, "Isn't that a coincidence, we bought the same Christmas cards!"

with instructions to just put one over the signature spot of each card you received and just mail it back...to save buying your own cards.

Oh yeah....and the back you had to fold in thirds to make a new picture.

I had a bunch of the books. Mine were small paperback sized. I assume they were just compilations of shit that was in the magazine.

There were some books - I remember the "Snappy Answers to Stupid Questions" series and a book about stupid inventions.

There were a ton of books... snappy answers, Lighter Side by Dave Berg, Don Martin, etc.
They were printing money, basically.
