đź“°News The :goodbye: thread

The one person I knew who had ties to him has never messaged me back. And trying to find out other information online is difficult because his father had the same name and passed away in 2011.

The dude was a hardcore alcoholic, overweight, had just gotten COVID the 2nd time, probably deficient in every vitamin and mineral possible (as basically all of us hard drinks are/were), and diabetic (though he claimed to have somehow reversed it around that time).

I think it's safe to say his lifestyle killed him :beatsme: Whether it was his heart, COVID, etc or a combination of all that.

Something interesting is that as you said, he has the same name. His dad's obituary said William "Blue" Lang Jr. I guess he changed his name legally? Because I saw Blue's drivers license and it said Blue. He swore that was his real name as named by his hippy ass weird parents. He told me this at lunch and he was drinking tea, not beer. In any case, I guess no one did an obit for him.

Yeah, definitely odd. I've done searches. Last address I could find for him was in Flagstaff, AZ, which he shared with someone named "August-Amber Lang." A sister? He wasn't married, right? And that was under the "William D. Lang, Jr." name - not "Blue."

Wow, assisted suicide.

“He wasn’t sick, he was just exhausted,” his wife Anne-Marie Miéville confirmed in a statement. “It was his decision and it was important for him that it be known.”

He must have finally found something on Hilary.
