🤷WTF? T S I F U

So the 2 conspiracy theories are: China's lasers caused it and the elites started the fire as a land grab. A lot of billionaires already own chunks of Hawaii. I guess time will tell if the latter turns out to be true if Bill Gates buys up a bunch more land that just happened to have burned recently.

When lasers actually do something really awful i'm never going to believe it because they are such a tinfoil trope
Even when we have actual footage of the Chinese lasers touching ground that, supposedly, weren't supposed to be visible?

The problem is basically every conspiracy theory regarding anything remotely political has turned out to be true

AP must have been struggling with that caption. "used a weapon that allowed him to fire rapidly". They blamed it on the trigger, but they at least didn't use "assault weapon" and just calls it a .223.

Well they're not legal in Florida, so not surprising if you don't look at gun shit regularly. I don't even know how it works, only that it fires on releasing the trigger in addition to depressing it.
I heard about them a couple of years ago. Definitely want one.

I wouldn't mind having one, but can't say I'd go out of my way to get one. I'm curious how much aim is affecting my recoil within a fraction of a second when releasing the trigger. Does it happen quick enough that a change in elevation is negligible or notable?

Crazy details about a female astronaut who went off the deep end on the ISS. From this thread on Twitter.

I know it's from 4chan, but if you read the Twitter thread there are links to news articles that document some of the details, including the toilet, the lost toolkit(s) and the horrible smell.

Too long to read past the first couple sentences. I don't think people would need many reasons to go nuts up in space. Talk about cabin fever.

The summary is that a female astronaut didn't get what she wanted (an immediate evacuation off the ISS) and proceeded to make life a living hell for everyone else, despite all attempts to placate her. She caused permanent damage to the station, including making it smell like shit forever, and ruined others' experiments.
