And let’s keep in mind it’s not just notjobs like AOC and Bernie supporting him - the whole senate judiciary committee dems tweeted support for him.

These are supposed to be lawyers lawyers - and they are fully supporting an immigrant who broke every law.

This makes me think back to a lunch I had a few months ago with what I’d call a normal dem - he worked as a lawyer at small biz administration commenting on regulatory issues. So a govie but a pro business one. He applied for a position on a dem committee for a policy position. But they wanted him to be legal - that is, someone that would point out whether positions had a legal backing, because literally every dem staffer wanted to do policy and none wanted to be legal - pushing back on any hair brained scheme. They’ve been completely captivated by morons who don’t care about the legality of an issue, just having the correct, furthest left view.

Oh and when the Rs got majority and Dems lose staff he was fired lol

And he’s Jewish! He needs to switch sides

Question for @DocZaius. How can all these judges tell the federal govt they can’t fire, can’t stop funding (usaid), demand Doge give them a bunch of info? Seems like they’re all Dem appointed judges, sticking their nose where it shouldn’t be? What would happen if the US deported that hamas lover, who could actually stop them? What if musk ignored their demands, as he is acting on orders from
POTUS, and is working with dept heads / cabinet members, he’s giving them recommendations. Who would force doge to comply?

Beats me. Way outside my wheelhouse. I assume there's at least a plausible legal theory for those judges to do what they're doing (even if they come to the wrong conclusion).

If the President's people ignore the court's orders, those people could hypothetically be held in contempt and possibly jailed, but it could get pretty ugly. Will law enforcement - who work for the Executive - follow a court's order to take those people into custody?
