I don't think Biden will be indicted, but I fully expect him not to run, citing health reasons and the big media outlets already know. It's clear to anyone who has seen any of his public appearances that he's not all there. How are you gonna put him up on a debate stage with any of the Republican candidates? Yeah, Trump's old, too, but he's still lucid and sharp-tongued.

As far as Dem candidates other than Biden, Newsome has a lot of bad policy choices in California that can be exploited - Covid, trannies, soft-on-crime DAs, etc. Kamala's practically retarded. Big Mike doesn't have any real experience in government outside of being First Lady (though that didn't stop Hillary when she ran for Senate). It'll probably be none of the above.

This is such an interesting case. Some took pleas. Some were found guilty and some were not. There was clearly an FBI influence to the plot - but entrapment contemplates the defendant doing something he wasn't already primed to do.

Molitor and William Null both testified in their defense, and Null told jurors he wished he had called police when he overheard others talking about acquiring explosives.

“It seemed to be getting serious,” William Null testified, according to the Huron Daily Tribune. “I don’t know if they were ever going to go through with it, but it was enough for me to not want to be involved.”

Gavin is crying and having a tantrum about his attempt to ban gun manufacturer's from "advertising to children" by a panel of right wing judges.

His bill mentions crime specifically (ironic given how much crime they condone out there), but he neglected to mention the bill did allow for minors to legally hunt, shoot, etc. under the normal laws.

Gavin also neglects to mention that he got shut down by the judges because it was a violation of the 1st Amendment and way too broad and covers basically everything. Here's an exact quote from his bill, "a firearm industry member shall not advertise, market, or arrange for placement of an advertising or marketing communication offering or promoting any firearm-related product in a manner that is designed, intended, or reasonably appears to be attractive to minors".

So like video games? Tv shows and movies? Good job, Gavin, trying to blatantly violate the 2A by violating the 1A.
