⚖️Law & Order Crimes and trials

Oh haha remember my sister that went to Syria? I was telling that stuff to my husband and how I’d take trips (in the us) with her bf and her when I was 12. Like there was nothing shady he treated me like a little sister and seemed rich since there was no limit on my Dairy Queen order but what on earth was my mom thinking I could have been a child bride lol

My guess as to what happened - she was loaded, had an intruder show up, grabbed a gun, then waved it around and/or shot at police
I've considered a similar scenario. What if someone tries to break in at the wrong time and I'm just stoned as fuck? Can I hit the dude in one shot? Have I already fallen asleep and just sleep right through it? Is there any negative law scenario here? I mean, a drunk driver once hit my car and fled and when the cops got his house, he just said he was scared and fled, so the cops couldn't prove it was DUI. So to CYA, would I say I got stoned after I killed the dude to calm down? :scratchchin:

Have we discussed that the murdering thug at the track meet who is out on bail took the the $450,000 raised by lefties for the murderer is wasting in on now renting a $900,000 house and reports of a parade of delivery people bringing goods to the house?

These retards didn't learn from BLM wasting their money? They raise money thinking they'll use it for some half assed defense trial and the darkies just piss it away instead.

I can almost accept that maybe they needed to move because of threats to the family, but their priority really needs to be on a defense. Defense on a murder case can exceed $1 million easily. Reportedly they're out there buying new cars and sneakers.

Yep. And not at all surprising. It doesn't matter what defense they have, this boy is going to prison. I guess they figure they may as well live it up and not waste that money on a useless defense?

Considering how fast video spreads if it’s a white cop/black person getting shot, it’s insane the footage hasn’t been leaked. They really clamp down if it’s not the correct narrative.

Ghetto got to Ghetto...

A real story in San Francisco: car break-ins down, window glass repairmen hardest hit

Why are there fewer car break-ins lately? Is it because crime in San Francisco is going down? Are the police and prosecutors finally taking things seriously?

Joel Corena, owner of a mobile fix-it service called On Time Auto Glass, bemoaned a drop in tourism and rental cars, which traditionally have been prime targets for burglaries. Wee noted, similarly, that demand for window repair goes up when more people are parking downtown, or at destinations like Fisherman’s Wharf, where thieves also gravitate.

Nope. It's because people aren't visiting anymore.

What I got out of that is that like MLK blvds that are in shit parts of town, they did the same to Steve Irwin

Each page of plaintiff's complaint appears on an e-filing which is dominated by a large multi-colored cartoon dragon dressed in a suit, presumably because she is represented by the law firm of "Dragon Lawyers PC © Award Winning Lawyers". See Compl. (ECF No. 1). Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(f)(1) allows a court to "strike from a pleading an insufficient defense or any redundant, immaterial, impertinent, or scandalous matter." Use of this dragon cartoon logo is not only distracting, it is juvenile and impertinent. The Court is not a cartoon. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's complaint (ECF No. 1) is STRICKEN. Plaintiff is directed to file an amended complaint, containing the same allegations as the original complaint, without the cartoon dragon by no later than May 5, 2025.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall not file any other documents with the cartoon dragon or other inappropriate content.
