They need to eliminate this stupid ass ability of a President to pardon people. Especially this long ass retro pardon like giving Fauci a pass for 10 years of shit. And worse, giving pardons to people who haven't been charged with anything is basically an admission of guilt.

POTUS should sign shit as part of the checks and balances, but a lot of the powers should be stripped.
