yeah i had lunch with a friend who used to work with me here - and just got an amazing job making 3x as much. She's generally ready to bash the place but did wonder why I got so mad about this incident.

I guess my inner hillbilly is ready to lash out if I feel dissed lol

Mfr, airline travel is a bitch, got in @ 2am, due to pilots canceling. Sat @ gate Sunday for 1 hr waiting for bags to be loaded, the captain was livid, said he was writing AVL up.

Employment issues impact all levels. There are some near retirement age who left after Covid. One of my older coworkers quit.

They started mass hiring pilots 6-9 months ago, a dude I know got hired on by South West. It takes a long time to train up to flying passengers, he's still not doing it.

Fucking coworker I'm doing work for. Half assed, half thought through direction and he's being incredibly slow on responses today. A waste of my fucking time to even be sitting here. When he does answer, he's half assing the answers like he may not actually know the answer and won't say so. It's infuriating.

My wife’s auto immune issues are a bitch, major inflammation, fatigue, brain fog. All we can do for now is have a very strict anti inflammatory diet (she should have done it earlier), with mostly organic food. Best I can tell, some people really react strongly to small amts of glyphosate in food. My daughter in Japans intolerance to pasta / bread went away when she moved to Japan, as they don’t use glyphosate. I understand not all organic is truly organic, and organic isn’t the magic bullet, and in certain foods non organic is ok, but not taking the chance. Prob the no processed anti inflammatory foods is much much more important than organic. Sucks watching her like this, and she’s on a strong AF immunosuppressant

Yeah my wife has the same shit going on (for about a decade now). She has tried every single inflammatory diet, organic foods, supplements etc. Nothing has helped.

Yeah, it might not help, but eating clean & shedding some lbs, coupled with some substantial exercise can only help. She’s on Stellara, which wiped out her psoriasis, but she could have the start of Rhumatoid or psoriatic Arthritis, which will suck.

When I eat clean, my pain basically goes away, but my poison is sugar, it makes me hurt like a mofo

My Grandma officially has dementia. What's crazy is it seems to have started coming on when my Grandpa was diagnosed last year. Dementia is the absolute worst. She is quite literally hallucinating crazy shit off and on all day. Fuck.
