I've seen some posts on X detailing the pretty sophisticated network of leftists in Minneapolis that have organized to track ICE operations and deploy to those locations rapidly. They're supported by NGOs and local politicians. Hopefully Trump can stop federal money going to those NGOs but there could still be other sources of support.

What strikes me about this kind of astroturfed activism as that these idiots are being recruited to do shit that puts them directly into conflict law enforcement, with no real appreciation of what can happen. The people organizing these protests and "direct actions" tell them that ICE can't arrest them (untrue), encouraging them to interfere with ICE operations, doxxing the agents, or even assaulting them - and when these dumb shits do it, they act all surprised that they're arrested, pepper-sprayed or worse like we saw with this woman.

You are never going to win a fight with law enforcement. Don't start one. You want to protest? Fine - but keep your distance.

Unverified, but I read that she lost custody of the 2 children because she put a cigarette out on her youngest's hand. Also alleged that the grandparents have been trying to get custody of the youngest son.

People liked it and one person replied that the dog was in a pic afterward and was, indeed, ok.

I guess I have a different perspective than yall. I have a daughter in Minneapolis, not much younger than the person who was killed, that’s married to a legal Japanese immigrant, he’s legitimately concerned he could be detained, and they have some concerns about their daughter being scared. I support getting the criminal illegals out, but imo, this shit has gone too far. Yeah the lady that was killed shouldn’t have been fucking with the ice agents, but her actions don’t deserve a death sentence. “Cheering” her death is not too different than cheering Charlie Kirk’s death, it’s fucking despicable to think either one was ok, and if you think either is ok, fuck you, it’s sad what we’ve become.
 
My wife's gay friend over stayed his visa. He was married and didn't take steps to get at least a green card. But now he blames Trump because he is scared he may get deported(doubt he would right now...he is Venezuelan). Guys like him SHOULD be worried.

A legal immigrant married to a citizen shouldn't waste time worrying about it. The hysteria on the news about ICE snatching legal immigrants is causing a shit storm. Beyond your son in laws worry it convinces dingbats like the girl that got killed that they are "right" and "doing good".
 
And is anyone actually celebrating this woman's death? I don't see it. Validating the cops self defense and knowing she was in the wrong and that she caused her own death is in no way even comparable to celebrating when Kirk was assassinated for talking into a mic. One hand - A woman committing felonies FAFO when she tried to run over a federal agent and acknowledging it was all her fault. Other hand - Celebrating a sniper for killing an innocent man. And note, posting memes or bad jokes isn't "celebrating".

Florida has done it's share of working with ICE and the couple hispanic immigrants I've dated this year didn't give a shit. They were here legally and were they scared? Nope, they supported ICE.

Didn't go back for a link, but: In Minnesota of course, sometime in the last 36 hours I think, 29 people were arrested for forcibly pushing their way into a hotel where ICE was staying, aggressively and seemingly violent. Police arrested them.

Rueters and every other left wing rag: 29 protestors arrested and they leave out all the details. Forcibly trespassing, seemingly with the intent of violence, is not protesting, it's fucking rioting.
 
I doubt they’re really looking for Asians anyway. Seems they might be slightly retarded.

If they are that worried, have him keep his ID on him. If an officer asks for it, be polite and do as asked. Not that fucking difficult to do.
