Cincinnati police and Secret Service agents responded to the Cincinnati home of Vice President JD Vance overnight.

WLWT's cameras captured what appears to be damage to the windows of the home. Officers were on scene in the East Walnut Hills area for several hours, going in and out of the house.

Police there could say only that they "have a suspect."

It's not clear if that person is in custody or what they're charged with.

WLWT has spoken with Secret Service agents who say a statement will likely be made later Monday morning.

Vance was in Cincinnati for the last week. He left Sunday afternoon.

This is a developing story and will be updated when we learn more.
 
Some broken windows......meh? But throw the book at them. Depends who it is, I guess. If it's kids, teenagers who were brainwashed by the stupid.....I wouldn't ruin their lives over it. Adults? Absolutely hit them with every charge possible and give a max sentence.

Funny, my wife asked why we aren't doing this to Mexico since they've been run by the cartels for a long time. Easy answer is, is there anything we really want from Mexico? It's the oil, not so much the drug trafficking. Chevron and the other Oil companies have probably been working on getting this done since they were nationalized there.
 
Haven't commented on Maduro, just saw it happened, knee-jerk was didn't like it. Sovereign country, lib fodder, no congressional consult/approval. But Lee said article 2 covers it. Lee, Paul, massie are the only people that are right on anything imo. Paul, massie are 'congress approval, its about oil' from what i understand. Who's right? Real question, not a lib.

Mexico still allows American companies to operate and appears to have actual elections. also just too big of a job like who wants it. As long as the border is closed it’s fine as its own country.

People are saying Venezuela for oil like it’s a bad thing but that’s in the us interest! Other countries should think again about seizing assets. We can probably also get better deals with Canada since there’s less need of their heavy crude
