The retail price of plant-based milk is roughly twice that of dairy milk, according to Mintec, which analyzes food commodity price data. The higher price is attributed to packaging, plus a more costly blending and bottling process.

I feel like if I end up with one of those androgos with nasty hair screaming at me I’ve done well.

A few years ago there was a case where a group of teen girls were having seizures and it was blamed on a chemical spill miles away. Erin brockovich (biggest fraud of all time btw) was on CNN pushing this idea. Doctors actually investigated and found that if it was chemical that teachers and boys would have some reaction. Since they didn’t they determined it was some weird shit the girls worked each other up about. This seems like a natural progression of turning people into basket cases

That's fascinating. Local to me (and @Irish Mike), there is a "cancer cluster" trial going forward alleging that the local Pratt-Whitney plant dumped toxic waste into the groundwater. Erin Brockovich came out years ago to drum up clients. I always thought they were going to have a huge problem showing causation, as the Dept. of Health investigated and found nothing, but I guess there's enough to go to trial.

I thought that fizzled and went away. Heard Erin Brockovich bailed because there wasn't much of a chance to get any money.

No, it's in middle-class redneck territory - "the Acreage." Far enough away from West Palm Beach to avoid the stress of urban life, but not so far away that you run into the poor black and brown folks who actually grow your food in the glades. You can afford some land there, enough that you can raise some goats and chickens, maybe even a horse or two.
