The left is after Dave Chappelle again because he doesn't want low income housing built next to him. He's openly talked about how he moved out to small town Ohio to get away from city life. And yeah he's rich and chooses to live among rich white people because it's safer for his kids and it's nice and quiet.
But they can't use racism as an excuse here.

It's happening to Newberry right now. People live in Newberry want no part of city life. Gainesville people want to "get out of the city", so they develop a cookie cutter ass to elbow neighborhood right in Newberry and bring the aspects of the city with them to a country area.
