Shelly Duval wasn't too terrible when she was young, too bad the whole world only knows her as Olive Oyl and Wendy Torrance.

Never saw Nashville, and only devised this opinion after she died and I saw a bunch of pics of her from her younger days.

She wasn't hot or anything, just better than I expected after the few things I DID see her in.

This british actor who is black I like who was hilarious as a mean alpha boss on my fave Peep Show came to the Kennedy Center here, I think during Black History Month, and gave a one man show. I didn't know what it was going to be but assumed it was funny. A part of it was about how he was a trained shakepearean actor but it was hard to get parts in period dramas, a big part of british tv. He had pictures from the national portrait gallery in London and stuff to show there were black people around back then. This was like 2012 or something. Its insane how everything has done a 180 and princes in tsarist russia are black now lol.
 
I hate her so much, I don't like to put too much thought into these types of things, but I can't imagine having to be around her. That poor kid in the background, zero chance.

She's psycho. I checked out her instagram....she has no comments on most of them, she just rants to herself apparently. Now the posts are limited, so we can't talk shit to her. She has A LOT of these reels.

Seriously, after seeing these public videos, she should be fired. I've seen so many teachers fired for FAR less. Like, oops you can see me in a bikini with my entire family on vacation so I got fired or Pro-Conservative during Obama days stupid shit. But these lunatics get to go back to school, no biggie.
 
I'm really sick of Republican "influencers" constantly say to home school your kids because of the woke shit in schools.

1) Most people aren't smart enough to do it properly.
2) Whether it's a single parent, co-parenting with different ideals/abilities, or a married couple....99% of the time they work full time jobs and most people don't work from home. Where is the kid during the day? When are they making dinner if they come home after a day of work and have to half ass their way through home schooling?
3) For decades we made fun of homeschooled kids because they were weirdos who weren't socialized properly.
4) Kids complain about school, but a lot of them actually like it because of their friends. How do they really have friends if they're homeschooled other than sports? But wait, sports? Practice is in the evening. How are they going to practice and making friends if they're "in school" with mom/dad or mom/dad are still at work?

Homeschooling in today's age is absurdly impractical and unaffordable for most people. So maybe Republicans should focus on fixing the fucking schools?
 
None of that makes sense. Disproportionate amount of labor. You're cutting an entire cake and it's unfair labor to make one more cut?

A lot of people simply can't take that much sweet. Even my kid eats very little birthday cake because the icing is too much for her.
