Immediate thoughts without reading: Blacks come from Africa and Mexis come from more dirt. Shouldn't they be use to fucking dust?
I'm guessing they mean there are fewer parks in the ghetto. Maybe if ghettos didn't turn everything into a place to hang out, shoot each other, or deal drugs while destroying it, they'd get better stuff.

So.. environmental Justice is the new grift. For decades, the environmental movement was seen - correctly- as rich white westerners pushing off needed things like mining logging and energy production to 3rd world countries and poorer parts of this one in order to keep the areas they live in pristine. Like a lot of liberal causes this was upended with BLM and an old concept of environmental justice was dusted off. It’s certainly true that poorer people live in shittier areas. Blue city and state zoning certainly has helped this over the years. The only thing that can fix it is more of your money to study “disproportionate effects”
