Indeed....but I'd still like to know from an actual practicing Catholic why they give a fuck who the pope is. They all contradict each other over the years, which means them being the ultimate Holy man who knows God's will a total farce.

Tradition I’d guess, plus many if not most don’t question things, they just roll with it.

I’m hoping he pushes back against communism and Islam. Non Christians should care because he should be a defender of western civilization.
