I was friends with this guy in high school. He was a year younger. What the fucking fuck is wrong with Clay High recently? Sexual assault hazing, child porn, and abusing infants all happened fairly recently by different teachers. Apparently the school board has kept this shit hush hush for years.

Our wrestling coach was the drivers ed teacher and if girls were nervous and had certain characteristics he’d massage our thighs as he sat in the passenger seat. He was also fucking a tall girl we called Sasquatch. He’s now in the state coaching hall of fame and married to a friend of my brothers. I think shit has always happened and no one said anything in the past.

Absolutely. There are a lot of differing opinions on age of consent....the arbitrary number. Obviously kids are sick. But 16, 17 year old....Most chicks are fucking by then, it's dumb to pretend they're not. We all knew those 15 year old hot chicks that were dating seniors or guys who graduated already. It's not a big leap for a 16, 17 year old to happily fuck the older guy. And being a teacher? Yep, some girls want to. The 15-16 year old boys fucking the hot teachers? Come on. Every single one of us would have done it. Fire the teacher, sure. Prison? Stupid IMO.

Point is, if it's not coerced, I don't think we should lump every situation into the same category.

Now back to this case....Obviously the wrestling coach, if the students aren't lying, was molesting kids. But it's also possible the boy in the bed went along with it, someone found out, and he didn't want to be called a fag so he made up this story. No different than the tons of girls who got drunk, caught and didn't want punishment, etc. and screamed rape after the fact. I mean, first, coaches don't get booked into the same rooms as students. The boy went to sleep and just woke up naked? Unless he was drugged, that shit is literally impossible. Here's my take: The teacher got busted for all the other stuff mentioned, then this boy who willingly did it is now backpedaling, because that story has holes in it.
 
I think anything younger than college teachers (says the TA married to a former student lol) is actually horrible. Teachers have a natural position of authority and even if a kid is sexually active the balence of power is very different. It’s why offices don’t want supervisors fucking their DRs. But added on that is a young adult thinking they are grown up being abused. It’s a wild violation of trust.

I think it’s good that people think it’s okay to speak up about it now. It was embarrassing to me as a 15 year old having an adult handle me it didn’t occur to me to tell my mom or even a friend. Another girl and I were just talking at a class reunion. I’m sure the creep did it for years. I mean it’s not as bad as RIPs classmate but still not right
 
Oh, it's definitely a violation of trust and they should be fired. Lose their license if they're a Dr., and so on.

Just from a perspective of sending them to prison and being a registered sex offender for the rest of their life because say you're 25-30 and the 17 year old came hard after you? Punishment doesn't quite fit the crime and is hardly comparable to getting the same consequences as a legit pedophile.

And of course scenarios are different. You know some high school chicks go after the teacher. Your situation is molestation. Teachers my coerce or bribe younger kids. Each scenario should be judged by it's situation, not painted with one broad brush.

16 year old dude bangs 25 year old teacher. Friends and dad high five the boy. Boy stupidly brags about it is what gets them busted and she goes to prison. That's harsh, even if you can't figure out why an adult, other than mental illness, would want to fuck a kid. Maybe there's a more appropriate punishment? Mental hospitals with regular therapy before someone decides to ruin their life forever with a sex offender label?

Only from observation, but there's a pretty big jump in chicks from 15 to 16/17. I'm still on board of 15 and under being worthy of the death penalty.

Well sure. Like I said, fire them, strip their license. But if it's not coerced, blackmail, rape....years in prison is a tad harsh.

I spent 16-17 years old fucking a 21-22 year old. I was getting educated, not getting raped :lol: (don't some places now have laws that it's not statutory if within 5 years of each other?)
